Pure Ice Showstopper Red and Gold Crackle Set - Swatches & Review

Hi guys! Today I'm showing you a Pure Ice Crackle set with Showstopper and 313CP!
Pure Ice Show Stopper (1) Pure Ice 313cp
I used three thin coats of 313CP for full coverage. I think two would have been sufficient if I had used thicker coats but I wanted to use thinner ones and try to decrease brushstrokes.
You can still see them, but they really aren't bad. A pretty nice gold, even to me!
I'd prefer a name rather than a mix of numbers and letters though.
Pure Ice Show Stopper (3) Pure Ice Show Stopper (2)
I added one coat of Showstopper to 313CP (the gold)
The Pointer and Pinky were applied in X shaped, but the Middle and Ring fingers I just applied it normal.

Even though I've gotten a bit sick of crackles and shatters I like that I have a nice red one now!
I'm not typically a gold fan, I liked this mani a lot. I love that the red crackle is a bit sheer!

You can purchase Pure Ice Polishes from their website and Walmart Stores for $1.99 each.

GlitterDaze Love is in the Air Collection - Part Two

Today's post is Part Two of the GlitterDaze Love is in the Air Collection!!
Check it out, Yo. And don't forget to look at Part One!
GlitterDaze MacrosIMG_0519
Love Blossoms, Monsta Love 2.0, My Secret Admirer, & You Give Me Butterflies.
GlitterDaze Love Blossoms (2) GlitterDaze Love Blossoms (1)
Love Blossoms
"A great way to express your feelings to a loved one is to surprise them with a gorgeous bouquet of fresh flowers, whether they be roses, tulips, or carnations. This glitter topcoat made up of flowers and small pink, fuchsia, and purple glitters will keep the essence of love right at your fingertips!"

I used two coats of Love Blossoms over Orly Frolic.
GlitterDaze Monsta Love 2 (3) GlitterDaze Monsta Love 2 (2) GlitterDaze Monsta Love 2 (4) GlitterDaze Monsta Love 2 (1)
Monsta Love 2.0
"Sometimes your love is so strong and powerful that a mere “I Love You” fails to capture the intensity of your feelings. We’ve brought back an old favorite and changed it up to include a purple jelly base with fuchsia, hot pink, and lavender accents, as well as red holographic hearts.  Apply three even coats to reach opacity."

I believe I used four coats here, but I do very thin coats so I think three would be fine for those who do thicker coats.
GlitterDaze Monsta Love 2.0 Layered (1)
One coat of Monsta Love 2.0 over the following:
I want to say the first is China Glaze Gothica Lolita...Zoya Jacy, Illamasqua Prosperity, & Rimmel
Purple Rain.

GlitterDaze My Secret Admirer (7)
GlitterDaze My Secret Admirer (2)
My Secret Admirer
"Secret admirers are synonymous with flattery and pleasant surprises; you never know what to expect. My Secret Admirer channels the excitement that admirers bring along. A burst of red, and fuchsia glitters in all shapes an
d sizes shine through a pale pink base. Three even coats of this nail polish will achieve opacity."

I used three thin, perfect coats!
Glitterdaze You Give Me Butterflies (2) Glitterdaze You Give Me Butterflies (3)
You Give Me Butterflies
"Butterflies in our stomachs is something we’ve all felt at some point for a certain special someone; it is a signature of falling head over heels in love. This nail polish is made up of a yellow jelly base with a delicate sprinkling of multi-sized pink and white satin glitters and holographic silver butterflies. Three even coats of You Give Me Butterflies will achieve opacity."

You Give Me Butterflies has a killer formula, but the butterflies require fishing!
I felt bad that the swatch had none so I re-swatched it on my finger for a pic!

Pure Ice Crackle Duo Not Now & Lightening Strikes Review.

Hey guys! I am home! For those who don't know (I didn't really give notice, sorry!) We went down to Georgia where we are from to visit friends and family. Had a really great trip, got to eat some of my favorite food that I miss (Pictures below!) Skylar loved seeing her grandma's and I went to Six Flags with my hubby and my brother in law and rode my first roller coaster! Well, I rode almost all of them! It was so scary but so fun! I can't believe it took me 23 years to ride one, I just never went before I guess! But I will post some trip photos after the review for those who are interested, or don't follow my twitter etc!

Today's post is a Review of a Pure Ice Crackle Duo with a Shimmery metallic green called Not Now, and a Silver Crackle named Lightening Strikes. The application was good for both, I only needed two coats for the green and opted for thicker cracks. The crackle was great, I am a bit sick of the trend but I prefer this one much more than the Opi Silver Crackle.

Not Now + Lightening Strikes! I like to swirl it around on the nail a bit, or apply crackle in a X like motion so it cracks a little more randomly as opposed to applying it like normal polish.
But I actually liked this crackle best when applied normally.

I did have a bit of wear problems with this mani, usually on day 2 or 3 I might have some tip wear or shrinkage but with these I have a few big chips. All in all though I think you definitely get what you pay for and it is a great crackle. Plus I change my polish often anyway :)

Here is my hubby blowing out a birthday cupcake :)

Happy 23rd baby! (well it was yesterday!)

Sky Easter egg hunting :)

Skylar singing with her new toy!

Here she is in the car, the wind was making her hair go crazy (she refuses to wear it clipped or in pony tails lol)

Unfortunately I didn't get pictures at Six Flags since my phone was int he locker : /
But I hope everybody has a great day :)

Turquoise Shatter & ChG He's Going In Circles!

Okay TONS of pics for you guys! Sorry they are all just way TOO pretty I had to use them all!!
This is China Glaze's He's going in Circles, I bought it online for $10 + $2.50 shipping worth it to me!

I wanted to try both since I just got them in the mail so I put Turquoise shatter on top! Which is pretty but I kindof wish i just left it but oh well, it's easier to see the shatter effect in person.

lol Sorry for soooo many pictures, I have the hardest time narrowing it down sometimes! Esp with Holo's, they all look good to me!
