I had no formula issues with any of these polishes, I was especially surprised with how similar the Candy Sprinkles polishes are to the Nails Inc . Sprinkle Effects. Definitely the same look for less!

It's nice to see more drugstore companies trying new things, TBH I have been really bored lately with drugstore brands!

I will post 5 more tomorrow! Which of these are you digging? I really love the shimmers!

Glitter Gal Blush & Warped Teal - Swatches & Review

As some of you may have seen on my Facebook I posted about why I have been a naughty blogger!
I feel bad for all of the excuses but I kind of felt the need for a little break, blogging can be a little stressful and overwhelming sometimes..and I'm not even a great blogger! How the hell do they do it?

Between going out of town a week and a half ago for family birthdays, my anniversary with the hubs, and me and Sky getting sick I just wasn't feeling like posting, or rather editing pictures and swatching!
Also I ran out of lint free wipes and polish remover, but they should be here soon LOL and I have a lot to edit until then anyway! Okay, okay enough incoherent rambling!  Today's post is of two lovely nail polishes from Glitter Gal!

Glitter Gal Blush (2) Glitter Gal Blush (1) Glitter Gal Blush (3)
Blush

I used three thin and perfect coats of Blush for full opacity!
The formula was fantastic as usual. Glitter Gal has my favorite holo formula and application that I have tried and this one was of course, no different! Much more holo in direct lighting, but alas we had no sunlight!
Glitter Gal Warped Teal (1) Glitter Gal Warped Teal (3) Glitter Gal Warped Teal (2)
Warped Teal

I layered two thin coats of Warped Teal over Milani Black Swift.
The formula was very easy to apply, this was my first experience with a GG duo chrome.
I really wish I could have captured it as pretty as it is in person! I'm not the best with duo's, but I tried!
I don't have many duo chromes and this one seems unique in my collection! I have similar-ish greens but I love that this one leans more emerald.

The formula on these three polishes was identical, easy to apply a bit thin but that also makes them great for layering.
You can build them up but they might be a tad lumpy because the amount of glitter in the polishes.
Which to me is a great thing, I promise you - you will not need to fish or dig for glitters at all with these!

Barielle Sweet Treats Collection - Swatches & Review

Hey guys! Today's post is the 2013 Barielle Sweet treats Spring collection!
I'm loving all these colors!!

*Products in this post were sent to me for the purpose of a 100% honest unbiased review.*
Barielle Banana Drop
Banana Drop
"creamy banana yellow"

I used three thin coats, this polish has a good formula.
It's a tad thick for a three coater, a little streaky but applies easily.  Plus it's a yellow that i actually like!
Barielle Blue Cotton Candy
Blue Cotton Candy
"frosted opalescent sea blue"

For this picture I used one coat just ONE!
The formula is amazing! Similar to Cult Nails Let Me Fly, not a dupe but a very close polish for less cash!
Barielle Green Apple Chew
Green Apple Chew
"a bright creamy lime green"

Two thin coats for opacity, great formula. Gorgeous lime green, what's not to love?
Barielle Lilac Jelly Bean
Lilac Jelly Bean
"creamy gray violet"

Two thin coats, again great formula. A little streaky on the first coat but levels out on the second one.
Kind of a weird pretty - color, not super flattering on me but I love it!
Barielle Orange Parfait
Orange Parfait
"creamy soft coral"

Just like Green Apple Chew, two easy coats.
This is such a pretty coral, coming from a non-coral lover anyway! I love the dustyness!

Banana Drop & Green Apple Chew Gradient

For this mani I sponged on a bit of Green Apple Chew over Banana Drop.
GAC went on pretty yellow though, I guess because it went on top a pale yellow? Who knows!

We Are the World
1985 We Are the world – USA for Africa- Colors of the earth, green blue and fun flowers.

Layered over a gradient of Barielle Banana Drop and Green Apple Chew.
I love how springy it is! Formula was great and the large glitters didn't require fishing.
Daring Digits Walk Like An Egyptian (2) Daring Digits Walk Like An Egyptian (1)
Walk like an Egyptian
1986 Walk like an Egyptian The Bangles- Inspired by the Egyptian garb!

1.5 coats over Zoya Robyn. Required a little dabbing for even coverage but nothing difficult.
Daring Digits Livin On A Prayer (2) Daring Digits Livin On A Prayer (1)
Livin on a Prayer
1987 Livin on a Prayer- Bon Jovi- Inspired by blonde hair, leather jackets and ripped jeans.

One coat over Barielle Orange Parfait. Went over very easily, this combo is so weird but I like it!
Daring Digits Faith (2) Daring Digits Faith (1)
Faith
1988 Faith - Geeorge Michael- inspired by the Music Video- It's a black and white with blue accents.

I used three thin coat for opacity! Went on very easy.
Daring Digits Miss You Much (2) Daring Digits Miss You Much (1)
Miss You Much

1989 Miss You Much- Janet Jackson- Inspired by her video and the single cover, but with a twist of gold shimmer for her style and glitz.

Layered one coat over Sinful Colors Savage. I love this, I'm a sucker for B&W glitter polishes and I love the shimmer in this and that it has no bar glitters.
