My First Freehand Leopard Print Manicure! (Over a Franken)

Hey guys! Today's post was inspired by the ever amazing Chalkboard Nails, specifically her leopard print tutorial!

I have been meaning to try this for ages! I wish I tried sooner! It is so quick and easy!
Mine didn't come out perfect but my second attempt (which you will see soon!) came out even better!
But first! Here is the base I layered over, a unnamed franken that I made and love!

I wanted it just how it came out! A muted/dusty lavender with white micro flakies & shimmer! <3



I used Illamasqua Nomad and Prosperity to make the leopard print! <3

A little bit of love :)

Hey guys, I meant to do so many Valentine's Themed Mani's but never got around to it :(
Sorry about that, I might anyway I mean just love themed ones who cares if it is on a certain day anyway :P
Here is a really simple mani, I planned for something more elaborate but I loved this franken so much that I just didn't want to cover very much of it! It is unnamed but absolutely lovely if I do say so myself!
I used it over Zoya-Kendall just for the sake of making it last longer but it looks very close to this when used just by using the franken.

 I used a nail art brush to *try* to draw a heart with black polish, then once dry again with white polish leaving some of the black. Then of the white I used the gorgeous holo HITS-Hestia!

Hope you guys liked it, not perfect but I think it is cute! And just because I kind of have to share because I am SO in love with it! Here is my Valentines Day present from my awesome husband!!

It's a right hand ring but I look the pictures with my left hand since those nails aren't broken lol!

What does Holo + Magnetic Polish = ?? :)

Hey guys! A friend of mine had a awesome Idea and I had to try it asap!
She wanted to see a holo Magnetic polish! So I was like "I'll try it!!" And broke out the spectraflair!
As awesome as this looks, I completely think a holo topcoat would do the effect as well,
but since China Glaze just came out with Magnetics I figured I wouldn't mind wasting some so I mixed  a bit of my Nails Inc-Trafalgar Square in a mini polish bottle with some spectraflair :)

Flakies and Holo Galore!

Hey guys! This post is kind of crazy hehe, but sometimes I just feel like layering and layering more & more!

If you saw my post last night called "Flakie Frenzy" this is the same mani, but with multiple polishes layered on top! & if you didn't then-no worries! It's right HERE!! :)
But if you don't feel like back tracking, the base mani is OPI-Suzi Skis in the Pyrenees, with Cult Nails-Clairvoyant, HITS-Lambada, Finger Paints-Twisted & pIcture pOlish-Festival layered ontop of it.

Then I added a franken topcoat with colormorphing glitters in it ontop!

 Felt like layering more so I added Essie-As Gold As It Gets!

And THEN (lol) I added my franken spectraflair holo topcoat on top of that!

I know this post is CRAZY, and a lot of polish lol But I get bored hehe and it turned out
WAY too cool to not share it! The end result is amazing!

Gorgeous Christmas-y Layering Combo

Hey guys! Here is a sort of xmas related post! Reminds me of Christmas anyway!
This is kind of a older mani from over a week ago so that's why it has my older watermark.
Hope you guys like this combo!

First I started off with 2 coats of the beautiful Zoya-Veruschuka 

 And then I added a coat of topcoat, look how alive it gets! So Gorg!

 Then I added I think 2 thin coats of this franken color morphing pigment tc I made with the pigments I bought from http://morenailpolish.blogspot.com/ I mixed all three :D It just looks so Christmas-y to me!

Then for a little added sparkle I added a coat of Sally Hansen's Diamonds, the older bottle not sure if they look exactly alike but I recently bought the new one (The bottle is so pretty! See it in my snowflakes & snowman post!)

Long time no see! Ooh a Franken look at me!

Lol yes Lame Post Title I know but I am feeling silly!

It has been forever! Well it feels that way anyway! I arrived home safely from our trip on the 6th of November, very late though. But I was eager to get back to blogging! Then wouldn't you know it our effing internet was down when we got home! That FINALLY got fixed yesterday. Three different techs came here lol but they found out the problem was somewhere else, i have no clue but I am happy to have it back, and happy to blog again! And also very happy that we get 1/2 month's bill credited back to us!

Anyway here is a franken I made 2 or so days ago that I just love! It is still unnamed so let me know if you have any suggestions! I was going to wait and post it later so I could get a sunlight shot but I am impatient and the sun isn't very shiny atm : / But I will come back and add those in or include it in my next post so you can see the holo in it!

I really love this pretty! <3 Perfect for the upcoming winter!

I also need to post a haul picture(s) from all the mail that I got when I came home!
But I love you guys! <3 Off to go finish my coffee and check on my pot roast :D

Today my post will be a franken I made, I haven’t named it. It’s interesting on the nails. This is a macro shot of it. Neat, huh?

So this concoction consists of Mummy May I, Milani HD, and a few drops of It’s Alive.

It went so nicely on the nail. This was 2 coats.

You can see the holo-y goodness just a little on the pinky.  Then because I can’t leave well enough alone, I stamped a web on it with IDK

I’m really digging this color. It’s odd, it’s neat…it’s just cool!  Hopefully Sarah is having a blast  on vacation!!! Thanks for reading!!!

I've never don't makeup swatches before for I'm sorry at this mess LOL

But I will learn! I really want my blog to have all kinds of cosmetic & beauty items, But I am a Polish addict hehe and usually I can't resist!

This was my eye look today, Now I am pretty darn amateur when it comes to doing makeup, or I think so at least. Just saying I do not think I am pro or anything but I enjoy doing it and I hope you guys like it!

 For my eyes I used two of my new shadows! Atomic Dreamland in my inner corner & Lust for Life in my outer corner & crease. I also used Virgin from my UD Naked Palette to highlight my brow bone.

 On my lower lashline and water line I used Urban Decay 24/7 Liner in Rockstar & put a little of LFL over that. The mascara I used was the one that came in my Birchbox this month, blinc Mascara-I was pretty underwhelmed with this : /

 LOL My eye looks pretty darn freaked out in this pic, but let's hope I get better at taking makeup photos! hehe

And OF COURSE being the Nail polish addict that I am I simply HAD to franken these babies up!!
