Snowflakes & Snowman!

Hey guys! Here is a winter-y holiday themed mani for you!
I started it by using 3 thin coats of Orly-Stone Cold.
(which I happened to get at Sally's for $3.99 on clearance!)
I sponged a tiny bit of Sally Hansen diamonds and Chg Fairy dust on top all of my nails. (sorry no picture of this step)

Then using Sinful Colors-Snow me white I stamped snowflakes on my nails with BundleMonster plate BM 14 & Born Pretty Plate M59. Once dry I added a coat of Sally Hansen-Diamonds on all my nails except my accent nail, then used a coat of Seche Vite.

Then the dotting tools came in, I used Sinful Colors-Snow me white for the snowman, along with Wnw's Black, Zoya-Jancyn for the carrot nose. Opi-Offwith her red for the scarf.
Waited a LONG time for it to dry and did a topcoat of Seche vite but still managed to smear my little guy : / but hey he is still cute :)
I hope you all liked it! I like the snowflake nails so much! Diamonds looks pretty on top of them!

Glitter Gal Light As A Feather & Suede Review, Swatches & Nail Art.

Hey guys! Today I have a review of two Glitter Gal Holographic Polishes, Light As A Feather & Suede!
Here are the glorious holo bottle shots!

Light as a Feather is a pale white grey linear holo, I used 4 very thin coats for these pictures.
Three coats was perfect coverage, with no VNL but of course being my clumsy self I dented one and added a forth coat to make them look perfect again :)
The formula for this polish is great, the coats go on thin and the first coat went on a bit uneven but after that it evened out perfectly and went on very smooth.

I decided to do nail art with these for my review as well, to show that there are other ways to use them!
I sponged some Glitter Gal-Suede on all fingers except my ring finger, on which I decided to do a Gingerbread Man accent nail! I tried my best to get the little guy to smile, but he isn't having a great day :)

Suede is a Taupe-y chocolate milky brown linear holographic polish, The formula was a little thicker than light as a Feather, but not by any means too thick or hard to work with. It applied perfectly and I used three coats for the pictures above.

As for this nail art it was completely random..I could not for the life of me come up with a "Idea"  so I started placing dots on one finger and just went with what I ended up with on it and repeated the triangle shape on all my nails. It didn't look complete and I decided to use a nail art brush and add some stripes :)

Neither of these polishes are crazy strong holos but I actually love the subtleness of them. I really LOVE the formula on these, I dare to say that they have the best formula on a holo I have ever used.
Most holos are so thin and don't hold up well but these really do. I haven't done a really long wear on them yet but Light as a Feather made it over three days with zero tipwear. Which for me, especially a holo is wonderful seeing as I stay at home cook, change diapers and wash my hands A LOT.
The only disappointment for me was that I didn't realize how small the bottles would be, but seeing as they are currently working on making bigger ones that isn't even a issue!

You can purchase Glitter Gal polishes easily in the states from their US Stockist Leah Ann Llarowe at http://shop.llarowe.com/
or of course at their website http://www.glittergal.com.au/.

They retail for $14.00 for 0.30 fl. oz.

I hope you guys enjoyed this post! I definitely recommend Glitter Gal to anybody who hasn't tried or heard of them! This was my first experience with their polishes and I am very pleased!!

I hope you all have or have had a fantastic day!

These polishes were sent to me from the above company for the purpose of a 100% honest review.

Nicole by Opi Kim-pletely In Love

Couldn't decide what to wear on my nails today so I picked this since I knew I hadn't tried it yet! lol The name is pretty hilarious due to current events, but regardless it is a very pretty color! I thought I would like it on me more though : /
It's probably because it is SUCH a girly shade lol I'd recommend using a nude color under it or a basecoat like DL's ridge filler that helps with sheer polishes! Alot of other bloggers used 3 coats and it looked fine but idk I used 4 and still VNL!
It is a very pretty light milky-ish baby pink color with what looks like blue and green mirco shimmer/glassflecks in it!
I think I will stamp over this and I will like it more..
Okay gotta go make dinner! <3 lol

A little note to my followers!

I laugh and cringe at the same time when I see these older pictures lol!
No idea what I was thinking!! Look at those awkward bottles holds, lack of cleanup and no cropping..
It's fun to see progress though!

I love you all!

Layering Fun with Kleancolor Chunky Holo Black & Cult Nails Clairvoyant

Hey guys! I hope you all had a awesome Thanksgiving!
Here is a awesome Clairvoyant layering combo that is oh so amazing!

First though is my Base color Zoya-Codie!
I used 3 coats because with 2 there was a tiny bit of patchy-ness at the top of my nails.

Then I added Kleancolor Chunky Holo Black! I kind of used 2 coats, I did one coat and while it was still wet added a bit more..you know? Not sure if that counts as two or one thick coat or what not lol!

& Now for the best part! I layered Cult Nails Clairvoyant over that combo and holy frak!

^^^(Click me, click me! I'm beautiful!!!) :( Never mind for some reason it won't let you click it :(
How do I fix that?

These pictures were taken in a lightbox with my desklamp.
(daylight light bulb, unfortunately there isn't much sun here today!)
My hubby had told me how epic my nails look like 10 times and he normally doesn't care at all haha.
For that to happen trust me they have to be amazingly awesome :)
I already ordered a spare last night!

<3 you guys! Have a awesome day!!

Cult Nails Super Power Collection Swatches! Clairvoyant/Unicorn Puke!

Hey guys!! Super excited post for you today! Yesterday I got my Pre-ordered Cult Nails Super Powers Collection in the mail! /cheer
Now this was supposed to go up WAY earlier but my camera or SD card majorly FAILED again!
I had swatched the entire collection and none of it was on the card or my camera, I seriously wanted to cry.
But I pulled up my big girl panties are started over lol

Also since this was supposed to be posted yesterday I had my Thanksgiving mani scheduled for today also SO make sure to come back check it out, it is super adorable!

You can purchase this Collection from Cult Nails HERE for $40.00

Here is Power Thief, it needed three coats for me, just barely but there was a little bit of patchy sheerness with two. I love this polish! I see myself wearing it a ton in the future! It makes me think of Chocolate Milk!
It glided on effortlessly and the formula was great imo!

Here is Power Thief with a coat of Clairvoyant aka Unicorn Puke over it!
***********************************************************************************************************************

Here is Mind Control. The formula on this is very thin, and the first coat doesn't go on that evenly, or it didn't for me but the second and third went on perfectly. Just 3 Very thin coats and it dried fast, the glitter wasn't a pain to remove either!
I know the second picture is blurry but I wanted you to see how sparkly it is!
Mind Control with one coat of Clairvoyant on top!
 ***********************************************************************************************************************

This is Time Traveler, the only one that I had a bit of application issues with..not horrible by any means but it is just really thick and I might add a drop or two of thinner so it applies a little easier :) But It is SO close to being a one coater, barely needed a second!
*Tip* though Double up on basecoat, this is a stainer! You can see it stained me just from swatching it! Gorgeous color, makes me think of Wonder Woman! It's a bit more Vibrant, my camera had issues with it.

Time Traveler with one coat of Clairvoyant.
***********************************************************************************************************************
And here is the holy grail itself, Clairvoyant, Unicorn Puke, pure awesomesauce whatever you want to call it-it is amazing!!

This is 4-5 coats lol Definitely a Layering polish, but I wanted you to see it on it's own too!

Hope you guys liked the swatches! I had to do them twice but it was worth it!
Check back in a few days for a upcoming Clairvoyant mani! I found an AMAZING layering combo!!
