Awesomeness - ONE COAT. Perfection /drool

I finally have it!! I'll just start this by saying if you love purples & holos - then you need this polish.
Awesomeness instantaneously became part of my Top 5 Purples! It's seriously incredible!
I believe it's discontinued, but if you ever get the chance JUMP on it!
It went on smooth and easy, ugh I can't even tell you how in love I am with this polish.

Enchanted Polish Seven Nation Army (1)
Seven Nation Army - One coat over Awesomeness.

Seven Nation Army is a sparse holographic glitter topper filled with white and black glitters.
It spread on very easily and has great coverage, it might even be able to build up if you wanted to.
I knew I wanted to see it on green right when I saw it!
But instead I decided on a gradient with green in it, so scroll down to see the gradient before & after SNA!

For this gradient I tried the painting on the sponge method vs dipping the sponge into polish (what I usually do)

This was my FA doing a gradient that way so it's not perfect but I really like it!
The colors I used are Illamasqua Rare & Nurture and Wet n Wild Fergie Miami Spirit & Havasu Blue.
Sorry for this post being picture heavy, for no real reason I wanted a picture with each bottle lol.

Then I added one coat of Seven Nation Army on top! So Gorgeous!

I don't have many Enchanted Polishes because they an be a little hard to get during restocks and
to some they are
pricey but I have nothing but good things to say about all the ones I have tried!
They have all been absolutely gorgeous with great formula's.
I wore Awesomeness for 4 days with fantastic wear, and even with only one coat!
If you haven't taken the leap but are wanting to try EP go for it! You won't be disappointed!

Colorful Splotched Mani & FAILED Waterspotted Mani attempt.

Hey guys! Today's post is pretty fun! Nice and colorful for you guys!
Colorful Splotches (1)
Colorful Splotches (4)Colorful Splotches (3) Colorful Splotches (2)
This was meant to be a base for a waterspotted manicure!
I started out with a white base polish Milani White on the Spot.
And all I did was play with the colors a bit with the brushes from the polishes.
Since it was going to be covered, I really didn't try very hard, but regardless it came out pretty cool!
I just randomly placed colors and I had no real plan and I just did!
It's too bad the water spotted mani was a fail and ruined it!

The colors I used in this manicure:

China Glaze - Dance Baby, Flip Flop Fantasy, & For Audrey.
Sinful Colors - Dream On, Innocent & Unicorn.
Wet n Wild Spoiled - Did I Dye it too Blonde?

Colorful Splotches (5)
Here is a photo of the fail, heh.
I didn't have spray hand sanitizer so I used alcohol in a perfume spray sample...it just didn't work lol! Although I find the pink part very texturally interesting and I want to try a mani based off of it.
I sprayed the shiz out of it and it shrunk up like that and looks neat!

The colors I used for the "water spotted" part of this mani were
Illamasqua Prosperity, Milani Fast Fuchsia , Nails Inc Baker Street, & Zoya Robyn.

Just a super quick post! Hope you all have a wonderful day!

A Whovian Christmas!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
You know, I typically love the holiday season, and Christmas in particular.
I'm usually SO excited, can't wait to wrap presents, singing Christmas carols..but not this year : /
I am excited to see Skylar open her gifts when she wakes, but I am very excited for the Christmas episode of Doctor Who to come on! So rather than just do a normal Christmas manicure, I opted (well..attempted) for a Doctor Who themed one!

My awesome husband bought me a Dalek ornament and I just knew I had to feature it with this mani!
Doctor Who Christmas (4) Doctor Who Christmas (7) Doctor Who Christmas (3)
I used Zoya Ginessa for the base color on my pointer finger and my pinky, then used striping tape and China Glaze With Love to try for the candy cane effect.
My middle nail has Zoya Dove as the base color.
I used Essie No Place Like Chrome, Milani Signature Gold, LA Colors Black Striper, Illamasqua Nuture, Wet N Wild Spoiled Permission to Proceed and Zoya Purity to make the 11th Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver. However it smudged then I used topcoat : /
For the Tardis I used the black LA Colors striper, Cult Nails Time Traveler, Zoya Purity, China Glaze With Love, and China Glaze Glittering Garland. The base polish is Pahlish Your Slver Lining.

I HAD to take a few pictures with the Sonic Screwdriver :D

I hope you all have a fantastic holiday!
Who else is watching Doctor Who tonight?!

FOTD/EOTD & Yesterday's NOTD but Matte! =]

:) Well I stayed up too late last night and now I can't sleep! So I decided to play with some makeup!

These two close up's kind of wash it out a bit, but most the ones I took only had half my eye haha! Still learning to take makeup pictures I'd afraid!

I was bored and figured I'd swatch the stuff I used lol
 (L-R) Mac Kissable Lipgloss-Flaunting It, Illamasqua Brow Cake-Well.. the label doesn't say, that's odd I believe it is Thunder though..,Urban Decay 24/7 Liquid Liner-Perversion, Maybelline Color Tattoo-Bold Gold, UD-Skimp, UD-Mushroom, UD-Bender, UD-Cobra, Sugarpill- Goldlux, Wet n wild Blush-Mellow Wine.

First I covered my lid with TooFaced-Shadow Insurance, and then covered it with Maybelline Color Tattoo in Bold Gold. I patted a tiny Bit of Sugarpill-Goldilux into my inner corners.
After that I used UD-Mushroom in my crease, then deeped it with UD-Cobra.
Added a tiny bit of UD-Bender into the crease but you can't see it in the pictures.
Highlighted with UD-Skimp, Filled in my brows, I used Urban Decay's Supercurl curling mascara (I used a lot of Urban Decay, trying out my new book of shadows!)
Smashbox limitless eyeliner on onyx on my lower waterline.
I used Missha BB Cream in #21 with my Sigma flat top kabuki brush.
Applied the blush with my Mac 186SE (Christmas mini version)

Annnddd That pretty much sums it up lol!
And of course, it wouldn't be complete without a silly face photo.

Oooh and here is yesterday's Mani Matte!

As for the stamping, here are the plate images I used!
