Naild'it Spring Has Sprung Collection Part Two - Swatches & Review

Hey all! Here is part two of the Naild'it Spring Has Sprung Collection! If you missed part one check it out here!

Sir Round Sound, Spring Fling!, Spring on the Rain, StrawFairy Blossom, & Sticky Peeps.

Sir Round Sound

"a white crelly with a variety of glitter fillers including squares and hexes "Sorrounded" with LOTS AND LOTS OF ROUNDS! Rounds in different sizes and colors, including big black, big silver holo, small fuschia, blue, yellowish/goldish, and pink!"

I used three this coats for SRS, this polish is so gorgeous, and the name is so great!
It's super packed full of glitters so it's not the easiest breeziest polish to apply, but it also didn't cause me any problems.

Spring Fling!

 "a white crelly with a WHOLE lotta glitters packed inside in a variety of springy looking colors! You might even find some moons, flowers, and butterflies in there! Its a full blown Spring Fling!"

I used four thin coats for the pictures, four isn't needed but the pictures showed more VNL than it looked in person so I added another. This polish is so delicate and pretty!

Spring on the Rain

"a pastel blue crelly with pastel glitters galore in all shapes and sizes! Its a spring party a rainy celebration! After all April showers bring those May flowers!!"

Again three thin coats! Applied pretty well considering how full of glitter it is! 
It didn't cause me any trouble in application, but in pictures it did!
I'm sorry that my swatches aren't 100% accurate, I tried so hard but it kept leaning brighter than it is IRL.
But the bottle shot and macro are accurate.

StrawFairy Blossom 

 "a punked up pink crelly with a variety of pink glitters in all shades, including jot pink flower blossoms and a slight fuchsia spark"

 Three thin coats, and it went on very well! It had a really gorgeous shimmer throughout.
Although my bottle isn't scented this will smell like Strawberry Blossom when you guys order it!

 

Sticky Peeps

"a pastel yellow jelly/cream base with pastel glitters galore including flowers... also some holo pink squares"

I used three coats, and I love this polish. It made me both happy and sad when I applied it..
 All I could think about was melted peeps on my nails haha because it looks just like peeps!
Simply adorable!

Naild'it Spring Has Sprung Collection Part One - Swatches & Review!

Hey guys! Today's post is Part One of the Naild'it Polish Spring Has Sprung Collection!

Bad Hare Day, Confetti Falls, Lilac Electra, Put A Ring On It, Orange You Purdy.


Bad Hare Day
"a purple crelly with hint of lavender spark, and a variety of purple and white glitters. In case the Easter Hare has a bad Hair Day!"

Three thin coats. Easy formula, and very pretty. I love that it is a bit muted!

Confetti Falls
"a multi color glitter bomb with holographic glitters galore, including stars." 

Two thin coats over Cult Nails Let Me Fly.
This is really pretty! I love the color mix!


Lilac Electra
 "a holographic purple tinted topper with a hint of purple/blue color-shift iridescent glitters! Its like a lilac bush with electricity running through it:)"

Three thin coats. Okay guys, holy shit is all I can say about this polish.
Let me state something here -I usually hate metallic polishes with glitters, this polish is magic because I love it against all odds! This is one of the most beautiful polish that I think I own.
My husband even noticed it and that really isn't common!
This is hands down my favorite in this entire collection (though I do like them all!)
Sorry there are so many pictures of it, what can I say I loveeee it! The formula was nice and smooth.

Put a Ring On it
"a holographic silver and gold glitter bomb! With shapes of all kinds and glitters of all sizes! This one will shine just as much as those diamonds!"

Two thin coats over Cult Nails Flushed.
I couldn't capture how incredibly blingy this is in person! Gorgeous! I think this trumps all of my other gold glitter toppers! Formula was really good, glitter dispersed evenly.

Orange You Purdy
"a glitter topper with neon orange, purple, neon pink and a variety of other glitters including iridescent color shift glitters." 

One and a half coats over Nubar Kiwi.
This really only took one coat, but I did touch up a couple spots!
This is such a interesting combo..but I like it! It's so fruity :D

Formula wise these were all easy to apply, I love the variety in this spring collection! There is literally something for everyone! Make sure to check back for Part two very soon! (like tomorrow!)

My Top 12 Polishes of 2012!

Hey guys! I'm a little late on this and have a few similar posts to come soon as well,
but here are my favorite 12 polishes I got in the year 2012! 

I'm just doing one instead of Indie vs Mainstream etc. These are polishes I felt blown away by, used the most or just fell in love with during the past year!

I separated them to have the more mainstream brands first then indies second!
I tried to not have too many indies included, but they really stole my heart this year!


Ozotic 532

Does much need to be said? Just look at it!
I used three coats here but it looks fantastic over black too.


Illamasqua Radium

I wanted this polish for almost a year before I finally broke down and bought it.
I wish I did sooner! This is the first time I have posted it on the blog. but it is easily one of my most worn polishes of the year. Three coats.

Zoya Aurora 

Three coats.This polish is so beautiful and applies very well. <3

SpaRitual Sacred Ground
Three coats. I love how simple this is but yet complex also, so pretty! Looks great matte too!

A England Dragon

It was a hard choice because I also really love Ascalon, and St George, but Dragon is one of my very favorite greens that I own and I had to include it!

A Rhyming Dictionary Crooked Magician

I love the flakies in this so much, it takes 4 coats to be opaque alone but it is so worth it!

Nail-venturous/Ninja Polish Floam

I used one coat over Zoya Neely (Lovely post will be up soon!)

Jindie Nails Battle Royale

This was a recent one but I knew right away that is was one of my favorites.
I love this so much and plan to get a backup when I can!

Laquerlicious Mixed Berries

Just like Battle Royale Mixed Berries is recent, but I own nothing like it.I love it SO much!

Naild'it Dragon Scales

I used one coatd over Zoya Julie (Lovely post will be up soon!)

Nerd Lacquer =/= c

This polish is one that Amanda included in a friends order for it taking longer to ship, so I messaged her asking if I could buy one because I loved it! So I feel even more lucky to own it since it was never for sale! This is three coats!



Dollish Polish Toxic Avenger

This is my favorite of the year for sure, one of my favorites in my entire collection!
I love "holochromes"! This is two coats. <3
