Hi guys! How are you all doing today? I hope you are all doing well!
It seems that every time I post now I just want to say sorry for being such a bad blogger lately. :(
I wanted to start this year off fresh and strong but instead I'm more unmotivated than ever.
So I'm not forcing myself to blog because It takes all of the fun out of it. I'm behind on my reviews and I hope
my PR contacts don't hate me for it. I'm accepting less for review so it feels like less of an obligation.
I really just want it to become as fun again like it was when I started blogging. And I want to do more nail art.
I just wanted to say Thank You to you guys for following me, and sticking with me through my continuous ups and downs through life and blogging. As I've mentioned in the past depression is a big problem for me and has been for a very long time. Lately it has gotten even worse.. I didn't even think it could.
I'm trying very hard to stop letting depression dictate my life - my relationships with people and the things that I love but it is hard. It's saddening to have something so important to me that typically brings me such joy to feel more like a burden. The excitement just hasn't been here for me lately. I just wanted to say that I'm sorry and thank you.
As for today's post and the reason you are here...
Today's post is featuring the new Contrary Polish Love Lyrics Redux Collection!

This collection is gorgeous like usual, I mean is there anything Carrie can't do with shimmer?
This collection is soft and beautiful. The formulas were nearly identical on all of the polishes.
On the sheer side but very buildable, almost jelly like. I used three thin coats for all of them.
I really love all of these, but my very favorites are Make-Believe reality, The Gift You Gave and Just a Dream!
But they are all stunning! I'm a huge fan of Strange Changes too - It is so unique!
Contrary Polish is available from Carrie's blog and from the following sites.
Femme Fatale
Hypnotic Polish
Llarowe
Mei Mei's Signature's
Norway Nails
Rainbow Connection
And be sure to follow Contrary Polish on Facebook & Twitter!
What do you all think of this Springy collection? Which is your favorite?

ReplyDeleteLovely swatches and don't apologize! You have no need to feel obligated to deliver some kind of service. I love it when you post, and if you don't, then you'll need your time for something else and I'm sure I won't be the only one who'll greet you happily when you're back. Take your time and hugs :)

ReplyDeleteGorgeous swatches as always and these polishes are mad pretty, I'm especially loving just a dream and make believe reality, I loved last year's collection but somehow I think this year's is better!! I'm glad you blog at all, I LOVE this blog, it's awesome (and side note I do really like your nails that shape) and I hope it becomes enjoyable for you again. I guess it's slowly easing back into it and I hope you get through this depression soon, I know how life absorbing it can be :)
