Julep-Emilie +Holo & Flakies!!!!

Hey all! Today's post is Julep-Emilie with a franken, Well just a spectraflair topcoat with flakies in it mostly!

Here is without flash, just in my house lighting, you can see the flakies a TON better indoors in normal light
It didn't capture it that well but it's so pretty in person!
