This was 3 coats, it started a bit streaky for me but ended up nice (except my painting job was a wreck!)
This is a light periwinle blue creme
I bought some online, they have a lot of sales and had been wanting to try their polishes out but there isn't a ulta near me either :( I still need to try the rest I got D: I have a bad habit of buying polish and forgetting about it lol
I have that polish and I love it! It's such a pretty, fresh color.
