(No store near me) for $9.50. I love this so much! I want all four of the Sprinkle polishes!
I used three coats, only two were needed but I added a coat since I had it on for a bit :)
It's a tiny bit bumpy so I'd recommend two coats of topcoat.

ReplyDeleteHow does it look layered over other colors or is the base too opaque for that?
ReplyDeleteIt's just the polish! If you only use one coat there won't be any layering like that but 2-3 adds more dimension! I only have clear basecoat on, this polish and clear topcoat! It's like a jelly sammy in a bottle!!
