Hi guys, Happy Friday! I hope you have all had a wonderful week :) Any fun weekend plans?
Nothing too exciting going on here, we have to run to go get more things for the house. 
We bought a new mattress & still need to get new bedding, gutter extenders, more blinds and some curtains.  
Our TV stand broke during the move too so we have to get a new one : / Luckily that was the only casualty!

Today's post is featuring a new-to-me indie brand, Freak Show Polish!

 

Aquarius - One coat over Finger Paints Raspberry Taffeta

This is a textured polish using 15 different glitters and may be used as a glitter topper
or can be built up using 2-3 coats alone. 

 

Aries - Three coats.

This is a textured polish using 14 different glitters and may be used as a glitter topper
or can be built up using 2-3 coats alone. 

 

  Cancer - One coat over OPI Planks A Lot and Four coats alone. (With no topcoat)

This is a textured polish using 11 different glitters and may be used as a glitter topper
or can be built up using 2-3 coats alone.

 

Capricorn - One coat over Barielle One Shade of Gray

This is a textured polish using 12 different glitters and may be used as a glitter topper
or can be built up using 2-3 coats alone. 

 

Gemini - One coat over China Glaze Secret Peri-wink-le

This is a textured polish using 11 different glitters and may be used as a glitter topper 

or can be built up using 2-3 coats alone. 

 

Leo - Four coats.

This is a textured polish using 9 different glitters and may be used as a glitter topper
or can be built up using 2-3 coats alone. 

 

Libra - One coat over Nubar Toasted Marshmallow and Zoya Evvie

This is a textured polish using 13 different glitters and may be used as a glitter topper
or can be built up using 2-3 coats alone.

 

Pisces - One coat over OPI Stranger Ties

This is a textured polish using 12 different glitters and may be used as a glitter topper
or can be built up using 2-3 coats alone. 

 

Sagittarius - One coat over Bettina 74

This is a textured polish using 16 different glitters and may be used as a glitter topper
or can be built up using 2-3 coats alone. 

 

Scorpio - One coat over China Glaze Life is Rosy

This is a textured polish using 13 different glitters and may be used as a glitter topper
or can be built up using 2-3 coats alone. 

 

Taurus - Four coats and Two coats over China Glaze Shower Together

Virgo - One coat over China Glaze Aquadelic

This is a textured polish using 12 different glitters and may be used as a glitter topper

First off I didn't realize until after swatching that these are intended to be textured polishes /facepalm
So I swatched Cancer without topcoat to let you see how it looks both ways.This collection can be built up and worn on their own or as glitter toppers, from the other reviews I saw I didn't see many using them as toppers so I decided to go that way. Mostly anyway. I did use a couple on their own! I did my best to find undies that paired well with them all nicely.

It's really impressive to me that Carissa was able to make so many micro glitters in one collection 
and yet keep they all so different from one another, and they look so different built up vs layered!
For layering the formula is exceptional, the glitters applied smoothly and evenly.
When building them up on their own there will be a couple spots that may need a little dabbing or "touching up" though.

The layering options with these are practically endless! My favorite combos I did are Sagittarius, Libra, & Scorpio.
